Designing Production Tooling in CAD for Bell Helicopter
Internship at ATD · Client: Bell Helicopter· Montreal · 2025
Modelled a layup tool for the Bell 407 helicopter’s air intake in CATIA V5, using surface modelling techniques. Produced the full technical drawings, including dimensioning and tolerancing, and designed with manufacturing in mind throughout the process.

Reverse Engineering a Plastic Electronic Enclosure Part

Reverse engineered a plastic part from a small electronic enclosure by measuring its interior and exterior features and recreating it in SolidWorks, using surface modelling for the more complex geometry. 3D printed the part to test its fit on the original product.
